Promoting UX in your organisation: Essentials in UX & HCD Management (CPUX-M)

Learn the management skills specific to UX management in just one day.

Advance your organisation by demonstrating and promoting the value and importance of UX and HCD. You will learn how to promote UX and a UX mindset. CPUX-M shows you data and facts that prove the value of UX work and helps you understand how to communicate appropriately and persuasively with management and your project team with practical tips.

The CPUX-M certificate is based on international standards and was developed by UX and usability experts. You will receive a recognised certificate to prove your UX management skills.

Our training is based on the official CPUX-M curriculum of the UXQB and prepares you optimally for the certification exam.

The certification exam is optional, but highly recommended. It provides you with official, widely recognised proof of your acquired UX knowledge.

Are you a UX professional who wants to expand your knowledge of UX management? Do you want to convey the importance and influence of UX to your stakeholders? A lunch break and short breaks are of course planned and can also be arranged with the group on the day itself.

Support after training? Our trainers and UX experts are happy to assist you with exam questions and UX topics even after the training.

And optionally: bemorrow Deep Dive. One day isn't enough for you? Then simply book our Deep Dive. You'll get an extra half day – and we'll tailor it to your needs. For example, with practical exercises, revision of the exam material, additional exam preparation, further practical examples or sparring for your current UX project.

How does the examination work?

To get certified, you'll need to pass a theory test. It's a 75-minute multiple-choice exam that you take online. You can pick your own date for the exam. On the training date, you will receive a personal voucher code from us, which you can use to register for the exam with our partner Certible. This means that billing is handled entirely by us.

Certible will then administer the exam itself. Exam dates are typically available at short notice; agreed exam dates can be rescheduled or cancelled via a self-service portal.

We strongly recommend that you take the exam as soon as possible after the training. The longer you wait, the greater the learning effort… In principle, however, you can redeem the voucher code whenever you want; it has no expiry date.

How much does it cost?

990 euros per person plus VAT for training at our premises or remotely.

Options:

  • Examination: £300 per person (€240 for UPA members; £150 for students). If you fail, you can retake the exam for £150.
  • bemorrow Deep Dive: 590 euros per person

In-house training at your premises from £2,500 plus exam fees and travel expenses outside Munich, depending on the number of participants.

Free cancellation up to 2 weeks before the booked date. 2 weeks before the booked date, the invoice will be issued and the full price for the training and, if applicable, Deep Dive will be due. If you are unable to attend at short notice, e.g. due to illness, you can of course participate at a later date. The exam can always be cancelled free of charge. All prices are subject to VAT.

    Your advantages with bemorrow

We know what we're talking about: we are experienced UX professionals and contribute our expertise and practical experience. With over 15 years of UX experience each, we always have a few practical examples up our sleeves and can share some insider knowledge. This makes the theory clear and tangible.

User experience and usability are not only close to our hearts. We also know our way around them really well. In order to pass on our knowledge to you in the best possible way, we train based on the curriculum of the International Usability and User Experience Qualification Board (UXQB). This is recognised throughout our industry and trains you to become a Certified Professional for Usability and User Experience. As a UXQB-accredited training provider, we effectively prepare you for the exam, which will earn you a universally recognised certificate. The exam is, of course, voluntary.

Stylish training materials: We would argue that learning from a PDF with dozens of pages of continuous text is not ideal. Our stylishly illustrated slides, on the other hand, are.

Relaxed processing: Fair cancellation rules, invoicing not months in advance, billing for certification exams simply together with the training through us.

Well catered for: Lunch at our on-site training courses is on the house.

At our place, yours or yours? We offer on-site training at our office in Munich. But you can also join in from home. Or we can come to your office to train your entire team as part of an in-house training course.

Ready for the exam: All participants who have completed CPUX training with our trainers have also been able to secure the certificate. In other words: a 100% success rate.

Start-up charm instead of office desert

Our training courses take place in our lively, interdisciplinary office in Munich-Untergiesing, right next to the Kolumbusplatz underground station and the Gans Woanders restaurant. With us, you won't find yourself in an anonymous training institute, but in a relaxed, creative atmosphere, complete with a shared kitchen. Our conference room is optimally equipped for full-day training sessions. And at lunchtime, we all go out together to one of the nearby restaurants.

Please note that our office is not wheelchair accessible. We know this is not ideal, but it cannot be changed so quickly. However, our remote training courses are certainly a good alternative.
