Integrated Leadership for Impactful Leaders
Five modules. One leadership team. Leadership with impact in times of change.
The Integrated Leadership programme combines leadership development with collaboration and organisational development, with the aim of sustainably strengthening leadership impact.
It is specifically aimed at leadership teams in medium-sized companies undergoing change processes, such as growth, cultural transformation, digitalisation or structural reorganisation. It is particularly evident in medium-sized companies that change only succeeds when leadership does not act in isolation, but rather as a coordinated effort by a cohesive leadership team, supported by structures, responsibilities, and ways of working that enable effective leadership.
We know this reality from practical experience – caught between operational pressure, limited resources and, at the same time, a pressing need for change. This is precisely where our programme comes in.
What is it about?
Companies invest heavily in leadership development yet see little change in day-to-day operations. The reason: leadership is often viewed as an individual endeavour, even though it operates collectively within the organisation.
Typical challenges persist: decisions take too long, roles and responsibilities are unclear, and leaders work alongside one another rather than as a coordinated team. At the same time, demands are rising due to digitalisation, AI, growth or cultural change.
The result: investments are made, but change does not take hold in the long term.
This is precisely where the Integrated Leadership programme comes in. Instead of developing individual leaders in isolation, we work with the entire leadership team in the programme – with the aim of making leadership impactful. Because sustainable development does not arise from individual competence alone, but through coordinated action within the leadership team.
Our approach
The programme strengthens leaders’ self-efficacy where it arises: in the interplay between the individual, the team and the organisation. Leadership thus evolves from an individual skill into collective effectiveness and becomes a key lever for the future viability of the organisation itself.
Self-leadership: Clarity and effectiveness as a leader. Leaders gain clarity about their role, make conscious decisions and deal confidently with complexity and uncertainty.
Collaboration: Effective leadership within the team. Leadership teams work together in a coordinated manner, make quick and clear decisions, and take joint responsibility.
Organisation: Understanding and shaping leadership within the system. Leaders develop a systemic understanding of structure, culture and dynamics and use this specifically to shape change effectively, including in the context of new technologies such as AI.
How does the programme work?
The Integrated Leadership programme is structured as a modular development process that effectively combines face-to-face and digital formats. The modules build on one another and combine reflection, peer discussion and work on specific issues arising from day-to-day business operations.

Target audience
The Integrated Leadership programme is aimed at leadership teams who wish to strengthen their collaboration and actively develop their organisation. The programme is particularly relevant for medium-sized companies where leadership is closely linked to operational responsibility, established structures and, at the same time, significant pressure to change.
Typical situations include:
- Growth or structural changes
- Cultural change or realignment
- Increasing complexity due to digitalisation or new technologies
- A need for clearer decision-making and better coordination within the leadership team
Participants are usually:
- Senior management and extended management
- Department and team leaders with management responsibilities
The programme is designed as an in-house format: it works with existing management teams from a single company who work together to improve their collaboration and leadership effectiveness.
Costs and framework
The Integrated Leadership programme is tailored to the specific leadership team, objectives and organisational context. The key added value lies in the collective leadership impact, not in individual training. The cost is therefore calculated not per person, but for the entire leadership team.
€44,900.00 plus VAT per group (max. 12 participants) for the kick-off and the five modules, when the face-to-face workshops are held at the client’s premises (plus travel expenses)
We would be happy to discuss the content, scope and framework in a personal meeting.
The benefits of bemorrow
Thinking about leadership and organisation as a whole. We do not develop leadership in isolation, but rather through the interplay between the individual, the team and the organisation, in order to enhance impact.
Working on real-world challenges. We do not work with abstract case studies, but on specific issues facing the leadership team – from collaboration to strategic questions.
Experience in SMEs and transformation. We understand the reality of leadership in the tension between pressure to deliver results, demands for change and human responsibility.
Sustainable impact rather than one-off initiatives. Reflection, discussion and implementation are intertwined so that results take effect immediately and in the long term in day-to-day leadership.
