Target-orientated corporate vision
The challenge
Development of a forward-looking corporate vision that not only describes the desired target state in concrete terms, but also provides identification, motivation and orientation for all relevant stakeholder groups.
Procedure
Together with the company management, we clarify the objective, the scope and the quality criteria for the vision to be developed. Based on an analysis of the relevant framework factors, summarised in a prereader, we develop various vision scenarios in interdisciplinary working groups from different functional areas and hierarchical levels (including the supervisory board, management and employees).
We iterate this prototype in the working groups and finally optimise it in the core team. The final vision is communicated and conveyed to all employees as part of a digital event.
Results and benefits
A collaboratively developed vision that receives a high level of approval both internally and externally and is frequently used and referred to. The vision provides all stakeholders, but above all employees, with a clear direction and is seen as ambitious and credible. For management, it is the yardstick for measuring success.
