Munich, Berlin, 15 September 2025 – Michael Wörmann joined the team of strategy consultancy bemorrow as Principal on September 1st. The experienced insights and customer experience specialist brings over 25 years of consulting experience as well as global qualitative and quantitative research expertise. He thus significantly complements bemorrow's consulting expertise in the area of people-centred strategy.
Wörmann was previously a long-standing partner at the Serviceplan Group, where he successfully led the customer insight agency Facit Digital as managing partner. He is also the founder of the global UX and CX network UX Fellows, which includes 16 consultancies around the world. His clients include global brands such as Amazon, LinkedIn, Indeed, Sky and PayPal.

With his change, bemorrow is sending a clear signal: Proprietary insights remain an important basis for sustainable and differentiating strategies, especially in the digital age. „Secondary studies, market data and synthetic insights provide good orientation. However, the real competitive advantages come from a people-centred strategy based on sound, exclusive insights into the customer journey, needs and decision-making mechanisms, “ says Michael Wörmann. Thanks to AI-based tools and internationally networked resources, among other things, these can be utilised more effectively and in greater depth than ever before.
Michael Wörmann and Klaus Schwab, founder and Managing Partner of bemorrow, have worked together for many years – for example at the Grey agency argonauten and later at Serviceplan.
