Digital business model and product
The challenge
Our client is convinced that there is room for a digital coach in the healthcare market. They commissioned us with the strategy development as part of an interdisciplinary team for holistic product development.
Procedure
Based on a market and target group analysis, we developed the basic business model. We then put together a collaborative project team with expert partners from the fields of design, technology and marketing. At the same time, we developed the brand and an initial prototype of the digital product.
Using several iterations, we further expanded the product's functions and services based on the results of numerous user tests. Finally, after a successful BETA test, we launch the product, hand it over to the team responsible for operations and start marketing.
Results and benefits
Shortly after the launch, our offering makes it into the top rankings in the health app category and attracts a lot of attention in the specialised press. With an introductory campaign, we reach seven-figure user numbers and build up a significant subscriber base.
