bemorrow is expanding its team of consultants: Florian Völkl is joining as Director and brings with him around 15 years of experience in the areas of customer insight and user experience.
Florian Völkl is a recognised specialist in user needs and user experience. In his career to date, he has set new standards with ethnographic, qualitative and quantitative research approaches.
Together with Michael Wörmann, Principal at bemorrow, he successfully led the consulting agency Facit Digital of the Serviceplan Group through challenging times to profitability. At Facit, he most recently established the possibilities of AI tools for customer insights in practice, and his long-standing clients include renowned companies such as Amazon, Consors Finanz and Schindler.
In addition to his leading role at Facit Digital, he has been passing on his knowledge to the next generation as a university lecturer for several years. Florian is a communications and economics graduate with an empirical focus and a UXQB-accredited trainer.
Plans for tomorrow: UX Academy and Tech Innovation
At bemorrow, Florian Völkl will strengthen the consulting fields of customer centricity, customer experience and tech innovation. Here he will strategically categorise technology trends and translate them into concrete added value for customers.
A particular focus will be on establishing the bemorrow UX Academy. „More and more automated tools are being used in the UX sector. This leads to a need for upskilling among our customers. Particularly in view of the many areas in which AI is used, sound basic methodological knowledge is required in order to utilise the new possibilities sensibly. With the bemorrow UX Academy, I would like to pass on my practical knowledge to both experienced UX professionals and beginners, “ says Florian.

Klaus Schwab is the founder and Managing Partner of bemorrow. From 2016 to 2020, he was Managing Partner of the Plan.Net Group, which at the time had around 1,000 employees and clients such as BMW, Ikea, Lufthansa and Media Markt. Prior to that, he was a partner at the strategy agency diffferent, among others, after starting his career at argonauten in the late 1990s.
